Key Personnel
Neil Houlihan
Managing Director and founder of the business in 2004, Neil concentrates on the strategic development of CPM Design & Build as a business, to ensure that the organisation changes and adapts to meet new demands of rapidly increasing levels of work. Neil also plays an active role in commercial contract procurement and project management. He has an Honours Degree in Building Surveying (University of Salford) and over ten years of relevant industry experience; five years with WS Atkins, Europe’s largest provider of Professional Services.

Joe Jennings – Pre build Director
As pre-build director, Joe manages in excess of 200 planning applications annually and produces drawings to the highest quality working in conjunction with local authority officers and ensuring all planning and building regulation queries are dealt with proactively. He has an Honours Degree in Construction Project Management and over 10 years of relevant industry experience as an Architectural Surveyor, providing design drawings for one of the North West premier builders and interior design companies.

Ruth Houlihan – Financial Director
Ruth has an Honours Degree in Law (Sheffield Hallam University) and is LPC (Legal Practice) qualified (Chester) with 6 years post qualification experience as a Solicitor. Experienced in day to day financial management and the long term financial planning of SMEs, Ruth’s skills in acquisition and disposal of residential property and portfolio management, together with her knowledge of the Construction Industry Taxation Scheme; Health and Safety Law and general professional and ethical approach have contributed to the company’s growth and success.

Iain Davidson – Contract Sales Manager
Iain has 26 years experience in the Construction Industry and enjoys an enviable reputation for customer service and attention to detail. Our front line business developer, Iain is the first to meet prospective clients, providing quotations and a seamless interface between customer and construction thus ensuring that the consistently friendly approach of CPM Design & Build flows from inception to completion on every project.
